GENERAL INFORMATION
UNDERGROUND PARKING
The underground municipal car park linked to Artscape is open for public parking from 17:00 on weekdays and an hour before starting time of shows on weekends. It closes at 24:00. The fee is R13. Pensioners R6. (Prices with effect from 1 July 2008)
PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES
In accordance with safety regulations, limited facilities for wheelchairs are available. Wheelchair seats can be booked at any Computicket outlet or through Artscape Dial-a-Seat.
Toilets for wheelchair-bound patrons are situated in the Marble and Chandelier Foyers of the Opera House and on the lower level of the Theatre Foyer.
Special parking bays are reserved in the tunnel area opposite the stage entrance at the back of the complex. Front of House Manager and Security Guards on hand.
Please note, the Arena is not wheelchair-accessible. Patrons can be accommodated under special circumstances, and with prior warning.

LATE-COMERS
Patrons cannot be admitted after the start of performances. Late-comers may be seated at the discretion of the House Manager at an appropriate interval in the performance. TV monitors are available for late-comers.

Children under 5 years are encouraged to attend children's theatre and matinees accompanied by adults. No under five’s at evening performances.
