The apartment is equipped to host 6 people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with fitted cupboards. The 2nd bedroom has a double bunk on the bottom & a single bunk on top with fitted cupboards.
There is a comfortable 6 seater lounge suite in the lounge & a 6 seater dining room set in the open-plan dining area. Also includes a fridge, stove, microwave & tv.
There is 1 secure undercover parking & 1 trailer parking. There are 2 pools, laundromat & shop in complex. There is ample additional open parking available outside the complex. There is 24 hr security, access control & automated gates.
Beautiful sea views & spectacular sunrises can be seen from the lounge & main bedroom. Situated on the beachfront, there are no roads to cross to get to the beach.
It is 12km from Durban International Airport & 24km from Durban central.It is within a comfortable driving distance to many well known destinations such as Sun Coast Casino, Sibaya Casino, Ushaka, Marine World, Gateway & Pavilion Shopping centres.
