Situated next to the 9th fairway on the Mossel Bay Golf Estate, the Lodge is ideally suited to visiting golfers. The Lodge offers 5 luxury bedrooms all en-suite and overlooking the golf course with north facing sea views. The Lodge was purpose built by Bertu Nel who is your host at the Mossel Bay Golf Course and Bertu’s parents, Maggi & Murray Hough, who are your hosts at the Lodge, to enhance the personal touches of your stay. A barbeque area and pool area add to the charm. 5 rooms, swimming pool, braai area, secure parking.
The Golf Lodge has 4 double rooms, 3 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor. The flat faces the garden at the back of the Lodge, entrance from the garden.
Our luxury rooms are all very similar in size and are furnished with Queen-size & extended-length beds, air-conditioning, satellite TV, bath & shower. Three bedrooms, all en-suite, surround & share our upstairs lounge, kitchenette and self-service bar. You walk out onto a balcony, with outdoor furniture, where you have a beautiful view, overlooking the golf course and the sea.
On ground level we have a fully equipped one-bedroom flat with its own lounge, sleeper-couch and kitchenette and the same facilities as above. In the private garden there is a swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrella if required. Our back door is 40 metres from the 9th fairway's Ladies tee!
Our guests enjoy preferential rates on the golf course when booked through our Lodge! You can borrow our Golf-car, to take you to the Fairways Restaurant in the Golf Club, to enjoy a breakfast of your choice, or hire it for a game of golf! Various buck species, Guinea fowl, Cape Francolin, hares and wild birds visit our garden.
You can only enjoy the tranquillity and peace, in and around our Lodge, ENJOY & have a Whale of a time.
